I am going to cancel my online membership(been using for syn values) before doing so thinking of buying the 3 new books so I won't be totally lost. Now I will still be following my 2014 food optimising from class, I had heard plans had changed a bit - will I get confused with these 2015 books...

too many people hog the limelight in group and don't find the leaders that knowledgeable (tried a few clasees)

kinda comfortable with everything and have the directory, just know I much I use the calculator - maybe I will just stick to syns I know rather than spending so much for online membership

yes that's the only for me is the syns, you can ring you can ring up and enquire but that is 60p per minute!
