I've lost 5lb in 5 days and I know its great but feels a long way off, the social isolation is the most awkward missed 2 working lunches and have a weekend away already booked in a hotel :-(
Once I have a weigh in and see a benefit I think i can keep motivated, it still cooking for the rest of the family and watching them eat. Reading all you guys with positive results help. Thanks
I'm only on day 3 of SS but have breaks booked for September , what do pekoe do when there away, ? Pick something healthy or drink a milkshake when everyone else eats ?
