    I am 2+ this week but its AF I am really struggling I've stayed the same and or gained and lost that same lb I just cannot get in those 9's!!! I was in the 9's for most of this year and hubby went away to india for a month with work and I crepts in to the 10's and now I cannot get out :(

    oh thanks the lord I just had a massive craving for cereal and I had a handful of my bosses in my yogurt ate it :17729:and then thought :doh:always check the syns before giving in to craving !!! I can live with 6 syns I hadn't planned any today with my meals thank fully

    It is lush Emb77 I added chopped carrot (fine) chopped garlic and ginger added raw chicken and added stock cooked for 10 mins then added noodles until cooked topped with cracked black pepper lush I always make a big batch does an evening meal and lunch next day plus a portion to freeze :)

    Thanks womens week okay just those cravings and they always seem harder to fight then usual :) yes definitely not stepping on those scales I feel myself returning to normal and making better decisions so those hormones must be settiling :)

    Weigh in day for me and although I have sat at 9.13 since Friday a 2lb loss womens weeks visited last night and this mornings weigh in is 10.1 STS. I'm not too worried it's all bloating and water retention I'm hoping the 2lb will show next week at least a its not a gain

    okay so threw first batch away :( the second batch is gorgeous I had two types of porridge oats fine and normal. Fine were horrible but the normal oats were amazing and the date worked really well 2 syns a date and I only used 1 so that's 2 sins for the whole batch

    My old consultant previously advised me that SW used to allow you to do this but then change to flex syns. I would just be careful I have limited my syn's this week to allow for a few drinks this weekend but I should only go over my daily allowance by 15 syns.
