    What are you using your syns on today?

    Slow cooked beef stew with 250ml of red wine in the mix and I think that's around 9 syns. It'll be dinner for me and my partner so 4.5 syns per serving. Eton mess depending on the meringues I buy but probably 2.5-3.5 syns. Total for the day = 8 syns :)

    Weight training exercises burns more calories than cardio.. I would do hours of cardio (hours is extreme ha) and noticed my shape not changing much at all, once I started doing weight training I started getting the shape I wanted and toned you all over.

    I've always wondered this. When I was using fitnesspal and putting in my calories that I have burnt off from the gym it would add that onto my calorie allowance but surely it would be defeating the object of trying to lose weight.
