Today is going to be a fun day I have had about an hours sleep. I am exhausted and have a 5pm meeting so no chance of going home earlier. My body is aching through tossing and turning all night and I am craving chocolate . *sigh* going to be a long day ! Holly xx

So where to begin? I'm Holly a single parent to a wonderful four year old boy. I have set myself the challenge of losing 100lbs and have so far lost 3 1/2 lbs with slimming world. Although new to minimims I am not new to the dieting scene. I have been over weight for 12 years now and it's time...

Yeah I was the same treating myself to meals etc but now it's dresses which ultimately cost more but will feel better and last longer x Holly xx
