    EESP and toilet trouble

    I've only tried SP for a few days but found on those days I felt bloated and had cramps. Not really sure what is causing I but don't think I'll be doing any more SP days for a while. EE still give me approx. 2lb loss a week so is good.

    eating before weigh in

    I tend to eat before class (as its at 7.30 and I don't get home until 9!). I do have a lighter dinner on weigh in days. Have something more substantial for lunch and then salad and chicken usually for dinner. As long as its the same every week it should make a difference :)
