    I am just cutting my calories. No specific diet. I know it is a little too low, but I am expecting to gain some weight back as I raise my calories.

    I am getting closer to my goal, and, when I get there, I want to be able to raise my calories to the normal level without putting weight back on. Does anyone know how to do this or have any experience with it?:confused:

    I got a new scale that i used for the first time today. I only know my weight in pounds. I know one kg is about 2.2 pounds, but my scale says one kg is 2 pounds. Should I go by what the scale says?:confused:

    Well, I gave in and bought a scale yesterday..AHHHHHH! I am soooooo soooooo soooooo nervous to weigh myself for the first time in a month and a half tomorrow morning. I have been working so hard and it has the potential to completely destroy me, but there is no other way I can know what works...

    Emotional eating, best way to deal with it?

    planning has helped What has really helped me has been to plan all my meals for the day and get my calories in check. I also have tried my hardest to replace them with exercise....but that is TOUGH!
