    Thanks Jade. I mixed the soup up with some passta, Worcestershire sauce & balsamic vinegar. Was pretty good. Had a nice muller light with toffee & chocolate balls I'm thinking 99 cal so doing 5 syns. I had one tablespoon of coleslaw 3.5 syns & film & 99 cal popcorn. So 13.5 syns overall.

    lol about the cat, mine may have been interested if there was cheese on the fillet but not lemon & balsamic, I may have to try that too. I find some quorn products need jazzing up. And tikka meatballs, love the sound of your dinner. So glad I found your diary I have so many ideas to try.

    That should read can't eat yogurt, you can have quark & cottage cheese (P) which is good, need to try quark more. Breakfast is also difficult & I rely on fruit or my HEXB with no protein involved at all, unless you have a cooked breakfast it's hard to do.
