    PP in Frozeb Mixed Veg?

    Thanks all. Its Iceland Mixed veg - its got Sweetcorn, Carrotts, peas & chopped green beans. I would probably only use 100g as I mix it wiwth Chicken & Gravy and make a sort of stew....So if I assume 1PP per 100g cooked weight I will be safe?

    do you have to use the 49 extra points

    Thanks for this thread, I was wondering the same. I generally dont consume all of my daily Pro-points - I dont see the point if I am well fed and satisfied eating stuff for the sake of it?!
