Ive been really ill for the last few days so havent been on plan. Feeling a bit better today and have a nice beef casserole simmering away in the slow cooker just hope I can manage to eat some of it. Heres to a Honk day.
First weigh in and I only lost 2lb. A bit disappointed with that but I stuck to plan and hopefully it will show on the scales next week. I shall not be defeated :character00115:
Im aiming to lose my first 1/2 stone within my first month. Not a very big goal I know, but one that I know is do able and one that will keep me motivated.
Ive just completed my first week towards my bronze award by doing 15 minutes at a time on my exercise bike while watching the news first thing in the morning. :patback:
Well I bit the bullet and went back to class, the scales were far from kind to me but I know Im taking steps to change that. Im having a good third day and really looking forward to what the scales say on Monday.
Im rejoining tonight and really looking forward to it. Feeling really focused and determined that this year is the year I get my life back. I will update my details as soon as I have weighed in and seen the devastation.
