    Well since my rubbish half a pound loss in the 2nd week on LT I decided it wasn't worth it for me. I was miserable all the time. For the last 2 weeks ive just been doing healthy eating. Porridge for brekkie, soup for lunch and a low fat meal, usually around 400 - 500 cals, really been watching...

    its a burst blood vessel in my vein in my leg, its not serious but i have to make another appointment to get my veins removed.

    Panic over. They said a blood vessel has burst in my leg which is whats made it swell up and go lumpy. Ive just got to rest it, although ive got to see my gp to get my veins removed :(

    oh god. the lumps are about level with my knee and going up my thigh now, its not warm now but it was when it started to hurt last thursday. Its hurting when i bend my leg or just walking is uncomfortable

    I mentioned bruising yesterday on my leg. I spoke to nhs direct this morning and told them my symptoms, they have told me to see my gp today for an emergency appointment as it could be a blood clot :eek: Im getting really worried now as the lumps are travelling up my leg. Does anyone know...

    yeah actually it is totm this week so maybe im retaining water. I'll keep plodding on.........lol Someone mentioned bruising on their legs last week and i said i was black and blue on my legs, well this week its got really bad in one place, and really painful to touch and gone into lumps...

    Hi sweet cheeks. Ive got electronic weight watchers ones, they were about 30 quid 2 or 3 years ago and i got them from makro but i think argos sell them.

    Hi nicki, I'm on day 5 of LT and I'm feeling good now. Day 3 for me was a killer, I slipped and ate a bowl of porridge but from yesterday ive been less hungry. Congratulations on your weight loss, I will get there this time.

    Its too late, Ive ballsed it up. I didnt eat all my soup at lunch as it was making me heave, so by dinnertime i was starving so ive eaten a bowl of porridge :(

    Its my first day on LT today and i'm making sure i'm having all my water. The problem is the amount of times ive needed the loo today, must be 10 now, I cant keep going this many times while i'm at work, is just wont be possible. Does this calm down at all??
