    I think it really depends on your metabolism and other factors such as how active you are also play a big part. Weight loss will normally be quicker at the beginning but then it can tend to slow down once the body has grown used to the lower calories... There are lots of calculators online...

    I just had a stir fry with prawns tonight and it s really low in cals and very tasty. I stir fryed veg with rice noodles, added prawns and seasoned with chillis, grated ginger and splash of soy sauce. Takes less than 15 mins to do :)

    I agree - it has given me indigestion before as well - that's from eating the sausages. I think quorn is really expensive for what it is... I found some meat-free sausages (1/2 syn each) in the freezer section in Sainsburys which tasted 10 times better than quorn and they were a lot cheaper!

    You could take water retention tablets that flush your system more regular so you won't be bloated etc. They're natural :) Also - I've just seen your 17 so you want to enjoy life - slimming world is the only plan I've ever done where I've felt more 'free' and able to make the most of my life...
