Back to the only diet that has ever worked for me and this time im back for life! Lost loads over last few years and over the last year due to personal problems have failed miserably at dieting and put 4 stone back on :(

On day 3 of LT as it worked so well for me a few years ago, however really struggling and being very snappy with kids, really want to loose a few stone quite quickly, do you think this is a good alternative to a ketosis diet? X
Day 3 and feeling much more positive, ive put a photo on fridge of me at biggest 19stone and me at smallest 12stone, hopefully it will stop me from getting tempted as I so want to be back at my smallest :(

I have the choc weetabix and it is on the online list of Hexb+2syns, did dissapear for while but seems its back, the golden syrup one is very new so it may appear on the list in time, or it may not :)
I only use maybe 5 syns a day during the week so at the weekend I get a choccy bar on Saturday night infront of the tv and a few JD and diet cokes, feels like im being naughty but usually all within syns! :)

I have the same problem, I work 5 1/2 hours and do not get a break. I take in a mugshot, fruit and yoghurt and that seems to get me through till home time, I find mugshots very filling! Sometimes I also bring in leftovers from the night before too, hope you work something out :)
