Thank you so much. Your kind words made me cry! Everything you have said is true. Am going to use this weekend as 'me' time, and try to relax about the dress - I'm sure i can be altered if it doesn't fit, and in the meantime i'll do my best! Thanks so much everyone. xxx

    I'm really desperate

I have wanted to post this for a while, but haven't been able to as I am so totally shamed of myself. I started LL in January of this year, and finished foundation with a total loss of about 35lbs - I had a few blips along the way. I am getting married on 22nd December of this year, and at the...

Hey everyone Am in a total financial pickle this month!?! Somehow I have vastly overspent, but I'm not sure how, or on what! Anyway, I obviously still want to do LL, but I do have a fair amount of packs at home that have built up over the past couple of months. I know on foundation that we...

Lisa's Lighterlife Struggle! (Hopefully with a happy ending!)

 HELP! I feel desperately hungry and cold and tired. I was so motivated this morning - I need to get through today! I'm nearing 24 hours since my last non-LL food and I'm craving anything. I'm even considering bingeing and purging - which I know is totally unhelpful behaviour! Gaaah!

    THE LAST STONE CHALLENGE!!!

Good stuff! 12.7 is just above BMI 25 for me - ideally id like to be about 11.10 with 12.0 as my cut off point - I dont mind fluctuating but i want a defined cut off point where i can say 'right, it is time to pull back'. I know what you mean about the dilemma. What I'd do in your case is...

    THE LAST STONE CHALLENGE!!!

Hello! As some of you may know, my LL journey is nearing the end! However, being 13lbs off my goal seems to be resulting in me having less motivation, and not more! So, I thought I would put a post out for anyone who has around a stone to go to their goal weight - we can see if we can have...

    AJ's LL Management Journey!
