    They are incredible. You've not been able to get them in this country for about 4 years, but this year Asda have them back in stock. The biscuit-y bit is all malty and soft. We found them on a trip to Asda after weigh-in, and I don't care how high your motivation is, you CANNOT just walk past them!

    We've stopped using Frylight since we discovered the Crisp & Dry spray. In 100ml, it has 2 more calories than Frylight, so I count it as free. It cooks SO much better than Frylight, particularly meat.

    Smoked paprika is amazing in a chilli. We use it as part of a rub for chicken too (i.e. just chicken breast pieces, not breaded), with celery salt, oregano, Franks hot sauce, lazy garlic, salt & black pepper.

    I've found it's extremely important to drink enough water and to get your 1/3 speed food wherever possible. If I don't do these two things, my losses are smaller. Also TOTM will undoubtedly affect you. Don't use it as a reason to quit.

    Have you tried stevia? It's a natural sweetener. I avoid artificial sweeteners like aspartame (given that it is ant poison) but stevia is made from plants. Maybe you could use it for baking?
