    Mullerlight goodies disappeared from morrisons

    Now im not just saying disappeared because they have sold out they look to have stopped doing them altogether its been replaced by synful. i fell in love with the meringue and lemon i love them so much.

    I can't stand coffee lol have a problem with caffeine accept for full fat coca cola I know not good for me lol I generally eat around a little to much on bad days but on others I eat just enough it depends if I'm bored or at work

    I am about 5 and half stone away from target. When I'm a work around mid day I will start to feel tired and drained its getting as I won't do a lot so I don't use all my energy does this get better please say it does.

    my fitnesspal suggests that you burn around 800-1000 but a lot of people say around 400 but you different typs of movement in your zumba class help you to keep burning

    this may be an old post but im a new zumba instructor my first class on thursday but as a pupil i hate going through the moves as much always have cos i get out of puff before the song and cant give the song what i want i am looking to cue nearly every move though

    I was doing really well I lost a stone in around 8 weeks I was thrilled now I can't break it again I lost my grandma two weeks ago and the funeral today I plan my meals and I don't stick to it I can't break this at the moment although I be got my zumba instructor course on thursday

    so i lost 3 and half but i didnt stick with it all week on wednesday thursday friday i was brilliant but saturday and sunday i really went to my old ways and monday and tuesday i made silly mistakes so you could say it worked for me im really happy.

    so on wednesday i had 13.5 syns cos i had a treat after my hour zumba very chuffed but thursday i had 12 so i may have a cider on staturday as a reward if i can have i have 7 syns saved i will as my cider is 15.5 syns i love it though
