    Im so mad at myself

    yes we all do that- at Easter and Christmas I have to eat all the chocolates I get straight away, well within a short time, I find it is less of a punch on the weight as eating them staged over a period of time seems to add the weight back more- don't know why. But I am soon back on track once...

    I use containers, but if they contain a meals worth, they are not very full, so finding a bag like that would be great. Will search online for them.

    I am about to go to my gym again, first time for 9months, had some surgery which meant I could not immediately go back, then sort of lost the habit- I always went on my own, using the fitness room equipment, but might join a class now.

    You can get propoints calculation conversion from fat, protein, carbohydrate online you just feed in those values and the points are calculated- is that what you mean? Easy to find on the internet.
