I bought a little spray and fill it up with olive oïl and use it like fry light. In the evening I eat 2 oranges, 2 yogourts, a cup of tea and it seems to fill me up !! and I keep my syn if I fancy something crunchy like biscuit or bread What is 5:2 with Primal?
