    I've gone for a whole mixture of everything. I'm not a fan or porridge, so I've chosen either the eggs or a shake for breakfast each day. Then the food packets for the 2nd meal, then cook a meal. Then also have a bar for each day. If it works and I like it then I will know what to order next...
