Hi everyone, Does anyone know if FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt counts as a P food? It's a free food on all other plans with SW but just wondering if that's the case for SP cos I love the stuff :D

Hi WelshJoJo, thanks so much for this, but can I ask you - what is EE SP? I am back on SW after two years (Original Plan), but can't afford group anymore - was hoping to do Success Express so thanks for letting me know they don't support it. But very curious to know what EE SP is? x

Thanks for posting the syn values, @xamybopx! Delighted to see that Cocoa Crunch is 5 syns and Banana Crunch 4.5. Wish they could be used as Healthy Extra B though - I'm on the red plan so it's much harder to fit these things in :-(
