    Wednesday Weighers

    1.5lb off. Stuck to plan 3 out of 7 days last week so was pleased. Then started thinking what if I'd stuck with it for more days or even the whole 7? So instead of having my usual post weigh in blowout I stuck to it 100% yesterday and am completely on track today.

    Extra Easy Getting it wrong

    I prepare all of my veggies the night before. If I don't I find that I pick. So I have a large tuppaware box of mixed salad and I also cut up a load of peppers, onion, mushrooms and courgettes that I can roast and add to cous cous. Since joined SW I've discovered that my baby loves roasted peppers!

    Who doesn't stay to group?

    I can't stay to my group after weigh-in (not a good idea with a 2 year old and 8 month old :p). I'm just wondering how much difference it makes. I stayed to the first one (complete nightmare with the 2 kids there) and it just seemed to be 90 minutes of discussing each persons weight loss/gain.
