    Thank you. I think the weather really helps. Its hard to be motivated when it's freezing and wet out. As we get closer to summer, the desire to be outdoors will be nice. :)

    I haven't been on, but I was down 4 on Thurs. I was a plus 2 the previous. I think it's the increase of body magic. I was a little better with food this week, but mostly an increase in activity. Either way, I'm happy to be back losing and trying some more recipes that are more my tastes.

    Hi, I joined sw last month, but new here. I'm in Limerick. I have 3 young boys that I need to get active for. I gained 2.5lbs this week and so I'm trying to get back my motivation. :)

    I'm new here and relatively new to SW. I had my fourth weigh in and 2.5lbs on, so I'm at a loss of 6lbs. I had lost my motivation, but I think I'm back on and did pretty well today. So, here's hoping to a better week. :)
