So the diet chef calorie values and the values printed for calories on the lookwhatwefound website differ from what is on the back of the packs.
Have a look carefully at what you are actually getting. i would imagine the packet reading to be most accurate as, from what i know, the regulations...
Just thought id stick up a suggestion.
This workout would boost your metabolism and though short it is a fair workout.
To do the first part of the workout you will need a couple of large tins, just regular food tins that weigh 4-500g.

thats great, hope that makes the difference long term. Often injuries can be avoided if you are shown or see just once how to do things properly. keep up the good work :)
Hi there, just looking forwards is fine or forwards and a tad down. did you see anything different in the video compared to how you do them.
Id have thought maybe you have the bar on your neck rather than the back of your shoulders.
yeah i was a few years back, when you squat are you looking forwards and slightly down?
Where are you resting the bar, it should not be on the neck, it should be on the back of the shoulders.
the correct method for a squat is shown here by the squat master himself mark rippetoe. The first half...
thats good stuff, a lot of work, id just monitor how you feel and listen to your body, if you feel good then you probably are, if you start to feel awful its time to bump the calories up, but till that time comes then fine i think.
Actually i have that as well and its what gave me the idea, i think a weekly listen to that and then a bit of focussing each morning to set you up for the day can work wonders.

Thats really cool, if its working for you then that is great, and good that your vitamin levels are sorted out.
I wanted to do CD before and the doctor advised me against it and told me he would never support such a diet due to the high number of medical issues he had seen with it such as what...
Hi, thanks for your comments.
Complan will be high GI as it contains dextrose in a fairly high proportion.
However im not particularly bothered about this considering the calorie count. I dont think it will have much impact and dinner is always low GI.
I plan to do some exercise daily, just...
appreciate the input.
Im not convinced the rest of the meals are nutritionally complete. A look at the ingredients sort of proves this.
What ive planned above has far more vitmins and minerals than what diet chef provides. on a low calorie diet this can only be a good thing in my opinion.
The...
So im about to start this but im going to do my own version.
Some thoughts i have on diet chef and dieting.
1)The lookwhatwefound meals seem to be good, the ingredients list is simple, so i will be buying this from their own website.
2)the bars will have virtually no nutritional value...
