    I think KFC foods have more fat then chinese foods. But its still depends on what is the menu it self. If you order some salads and soup, and its better than a fatty fried chicken.

    Dark chocolate have a high flavanoid, but its only for dark chocolate. Not a chocolate with milk or something. You can eat some dark chocolate, but just about 1.5-2 ounce a day

    I think the major concern is not just about the way you look, but also about your health, your blood pressure, etc. If you are overweight, you can try cardio or running in the morning.

    the biggest challange of all is to avoid a fatty chocolate cake, but lucky me, I found a great low-fat chocolate milk in a local store. They also have a soy bean snack bar.

    I wish you a good luck and dont push yourself too much. A little cardio and a good meal plan can help you, but dont forget to sleep well every night.
