    I had a similiar experience. I'm on a lot of anti depressants and over the last year I've put on 3 stone. I've just weighed in for my first week and only lost 2lb so very disappointed :(

    Shopping essentials.

    Recipes for the people rubbish at cooking

    Can people please share their very simple recipes. I'm a bit phobic when it comes to cooking as whatever I make always seems to go wrong. Hence needing to use Slimming World as most of what I eat is ready meals or pasta. I don't eat red meat but otherwise open to trying anything. Thanks in advance.

    Common SW misconceptions put right.

    I've only been on the diet for a week and lost 4lbs, however I'm a bit confused. For lunch I had 100g of pasta with some smoked salmon and I thought this was ok as they are both free foods? but now I've read you have to have veg with it? even if the pasta is filling on its own?.
