    How important is water?

    I agree 100% with what they both said. I believe water's 'the key' to weight loss with any diet but is vitally important on one like the Cambridge. Fizzy water's starting to taste like a treat for me too! :)

    I cook during the week and my other half cooks on the weekend. I HATE cooking (even when not dieting) but I've notice that I make much nicer meals for the family when I'm on the Cambridge! lol

    I think the occasional little blips sometimes help to keep you focussed, even if it's later down the line when you're feeling weak or tempted, you can look back and remember how you felt when you slipped up and that helps you stay on track. I find things get easier after the first week or so...
