    You do need to try different makes of meat substitutes to find one you like. I dislike quorn and don't use any of it. I do however like soya based products, my favourite is Linda McCartney and Sainsburys. ASDA's is nice too. They do come with a small syn value but worth it for the taste :)

    Mine would be to not set impossible goals and thus set yourself up for failure. Getting fat didn't happen overnight so neither will getting slim. Enjoy the journey, however long it takes and you will get there in the end.

    Asda Chickpea Dhal

    I have found that if I have a lot of tinned or processed foods then that week I don't have very good losses. The weeks where I cook from scratch and eat lots of fruit and veg are the weeks my losses are over 2lb so you may be similar. I only do green days too as am also a veggie :)

    I like savoury rice with a chopped up veggie burger in as lunch for work (.5 syn per burger). You can make it the nite before, leave in the fridge and just reheat at work so its an easy option.     I think it depends on where you lose the weight too. I have gone down a size in trousers but took longer in tops. Everyone is different and so I guess we all change sizes differently too.

    southern style quorn burgers!

    They are on offer in sainsburys for anyone wanting to try them. I dislike anything made from quorn but I have to say these are really nice. I like them chopped up in savoury rice for a tasty lunch to take to work. Definately worth the syn value.

    Blotchy, bumpy upper arms...
