    you can have your 500 cals on a dd whenever as far as I know but if I know I am gonna be having a treat and a few beers etc i have an ud or even a mid day so you can enjoy it

    well I lost the weight I put on plus down to 146lb so lost 4 in total in a few weeks happy with that as I only have about 8 to go now and if i can do it with JUDD willbe great UP today going out tonight with the girls for an indian and to see a psychic,should be interesting :)

    well yesterday after dd was 149 lb this morning I was 149.6 after UP wi tomorrow and last week was 147.6 so unless a miracle happens after today’s DD 26th 150 lb arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh 28th 147.4 :eek: surprised need to get couple off fast days in from Sunday onwards now
