    Well done! Yes I'm going onto EE. Got tescos in yesterday and the kitchen is stuffed with fat free dairy and fruit/veg. Sort of looking forward to it after fruitlessly calorie counting for ages.

Last time I successfully lost weight it involved lots of exercise, and that's what really changed my body as much as the diet. If you start by gaining just keep going because it will all come good...
