    Personal view, but your chemist is talking c**p. I've had a long relationship with lipotrim on another forum and week 3 was notorious for being a poor weight loss week even without TOTM and constipation. Use dulcolax to clear any blockage then start with the fibreclear or psyllium husks added...

    On my home scales a change in the weather from sunny to wet can produce a difference of 1lb... Tell your friend not to worry and not to use it as an excuse to give up. Our bodies aren't machines and our weight varies all the time

    Have you tried adding a bit of cold peppermint tea (or a used tea bag) to sparkling water? I find it very refreshing.

    Apparantly it can take up to 2 years for your skin to shrink back after weight loss - so patience is required:( Exercise, moisturise, massage:)

    Help!

    Hi, I'm Barbara, currently on lipotrim. I lost 9 st a couple of years ago, but have put half of it back on:cry:. Still trying to get rid of it again. I keep getting messages telling me I can't access areas - is there something I should be doing to activate my account?
