    I had to make an appointment at my Superdrug so I would ring them and check first. I know I had to wait over 2 weeks to start LL as it had to be at the beginning of a new module. But the stone off by Christmas is definately doable. I lost my first stone in 2 weeks. Good luck with Superdrug x

    The new pricing is already in in South Wales and some weeks I pay £70 depending on what packs I choose. The packs have got different prices - soups are the cheapest.

    I'm lucky and can get my form signed in work cos I'm a nurse. I seem to remember reading that some pharmacists will do it for nothing - Asda/Tescos I think, but I could be wrong. I know superdrug do it but I'm not sure how much they charge. Your LLC should be able to let you know what choices...

    You pay the £72 for as long as you stay on LLT, the £50 is for those on LLL. I know some people do drop to LLL when the BMI drops but most people stay on LLT until they reach their goal x

    The main variation is the amount of carbs 'allowed' on each plan. Atkins is I think the lowest carb plan, 20gs of carbs on induction others vary 40-60gs. Depends on what works for you really. Good luck

    Changing jobs is well stressful under normal plenty of time to prepare circumstances, so I can understand the anxiety over this one, but you know you can do it and you will be fab and fine once you get started so there x

    Well done on getting those extra pounds off. I can well sympathise with the old carb face being a sufferer myself. Its shocking what an overdose of carbs can do to the body as well. I have been known to resemble pilsbury dough boy on a regular basis Hope hubbie has manned up this evening xx
