    I don't think you're following a ketogenic diet though. With you having carbs but calorie counting them you must struggle to be in ketosis which is the 'mode' that will protect your lean vital organs and ensure you burn fat. Also are you not hungry quite a lot?

    I did it

    The tetras can taste a bit concentrated if your used to the shakes. If your finding the shakes a bit powdery tasting try adding a little more water, I use nearly 300mls of water which seems to do the trick. If like me you live in a hard water area it always seems to affect the way things dissolve.
