    Headaches seem to be part of your first few days, but they do go, take some pain killers and keep stick with it, you first weeks loss should help motivate you.     Newbie - CD diet

    I am a veggie, so if I do go from SS to SS+ I will normally have quorn chunks roasted with some seasoning and then cut up celery, cucumber and lettuce not exactly mouth watering but deals with the craving for food and does make me feel full. Good luck stick with it and stay postitive normally...

    You know what though, any weight off is a bonus to us all I think, so its not a problem if you've not hit your target, a loss is a loss its going in the right direction and personally this has really helped me keep focused. Cannot wait for the August challenge.

    I notice just under my boobs goes flatter in a matter of days and clothes not so tight already just after a week. Really keep it up you will soon start seeing the difference.

    CD tips

    I use the tetra packs - easier for work etc and only every have chocolate thats the only flavor I can stomach - working for me though. You do get used to them, I never enjoy or look forward to them, to me they are fuel only and actually its nice to have a break from food. Keep it up you can do it!
