Hope your Dad is better soon, BM2LM. Well done on avoiding chocolate though, keep strong and stick with the diet, comfort eating isn't the answer .. If the craving gets too bad, try making a bar from the Chocolate shakes, they are really nice without the added carbs and calories so no guilty...

I've been using safety pins too, tried using a belt but that didn't work and although my Dad has kindly offered me the use of a pair of braces, I had to decline - Not sure that's the look for me. :D No idea about sizes though, sorry.

I made some of these today, one sachet of Chocolate Mint made about 7 small lumps which I popped in the freezer, I left one for later, they're quite rich aren't they? I feel slightly sick now.

I use bottled still water, with sparkling water occasionally as a treat. I must be an oddity here because I haven't noticed my skin being dryer than usual, it's been the opposite.
