    Wednesday home weigh-in

    1.2 kg off today. I do sometimes think I should weigh in stones and pounds so the loss numbers look bigger lol but those numbers look scary on the scale.

    I've just seriously been naughty and had a cheese pasty. Almost choked after eating it as was 36.5 syns OMG!!!!! Thankfully I normally only have approx 6/7 syns max a day. Hope it won't damage too much at weigh in. Must be extra good until Wednesday

    I cant seem to manage both healthy extras. My option A is always milk in fact if I have syns I have milk as I do like coffee and it stops me drining full fat coke. Does it matter if I dont have a second healthy extra?

    Late.....

    Well my period is late and i'm wondering if the diet is causing this. I'm like clockwork normally and regular but 4 days late. Could the reduced calories and increased exercise stop it or make it late? Nogt felt myself for a few days but no sign as yet.

    Goal date sometimes seems so far away!

    Healthy eating...

    I'm doing the same too, have the odd high calorie/fat food but trying to stick to a good diet. I'm exercising nearly everyday and trying to stay away fronm my trigger foods like coca cola. Only into week 2 but 4lbs off

    A very bad meal

    I only had a few chips but loved the chicken. I'm quite good at getting back going after a blip. I usually cook everything from scratch so I know whats going in it. Had a good day yesterday so hopefully the scales wont be too bad if I carry on being good. Weigh day thursday!

    I think if you have a bad day you have to think it was a bad day and carry on, try not to get disheartened and let one bad day turn into 2 then 3 as it will cause a snowball affect. I am trying to be good 80% of the time that way I dont beat myself up. Although am trying for the 100 day challenge.

    10 000 steps

    Having a desk job I dont manage it but I cycle to work everyday and try to walk for 30 minutes during my lunch break. Not sure how someone who works all day can fit in the walking 10 000 steps. I don't drive so I literally walk and cycle most places but def dont manage that many steps.

    I think it's good to knwo what triggers over eating, such as snacking when watching TV so you could do something other than watch the box, or do something with your hands while watching the TV. This would take your mind off food.
