    I have recently been tested for coeliac disease, thankfully they have been negative. I think you'd know if you had it as a few friends have it and really struggled before being diagnosed. Fingers crossed for you. Congrats on the weight loss so far :)

    Thank you, i usually eat plenty and a good variety too, just wasn't feeling hungry yesterday...? Been a better day today though :) Oh and i don't usually skip breakfast, but i didn't wake up until 11AM yest - i haven't laid in like that in yonks!

    Well done :) I agree don't give up, i did and i'm back! I lost 7lbs in my first three weeks of SW, i lost a bit more and then put everything back on over Christmas (i didn't even go mad!). I carried on SW but couldn't shift the weight again so gave up! Well i'm back, and i've lost 7.5lbs in two...

    I joined WW from SW about a month ago. Prefer WW as i can eat what i want in moderation, i just got bored with SW eating the same old things and not loosing. Went back to WW as i'd lost 1 1/2 stone before so know that's what works for me

    Thanks for all your kind thoughts :) I choose SW over WW, as on WW i was constantly hungry and as already said SW is something you can stick with long term, life changing so to speak. I've never heard of fast forward, but may look into it as a last resort. Thanks again guys

    I generally do more Green days than red, i find red days boring and i get hungry quicker. But always full on a green day :) I usually have a couple of red days before way in, to rid the bloat!

    I believe it's the person who's lost the most weight in a month, last month a guy won it who'd lost 13lbs in a month! He'd been on holiday for 2 weeks and only has 2 weight ins!! WOW!

    Yep, Green (have tried more red also) and yep, on a posiyive note i lost 3lbs last week! Yay! Hopefully the weight loss will start again. First goal, lose the Christmas weight! And lose 10lbs by Easter.

    I think 1lb is still a great loss, and the slower it comes off the less likely you are to put it all back on! This lady at our group was the same, but having done it before and losing weight quickly she put it all back on very quick, so think she's happier this way. Though not at first

    wholemeal or white pasta?

    I thought i'd been eating wholemeal for ages, but looked at the packet yesterday and it's actually wholewheat! Either way it still feels me up and is free on a green day, but can't have it as a HE B as it has to be wholemeal. I can't find wholemeal pasta in any supermarket!
