    Hi everyone, I am new to this. I have never dieted in my life but I have decided its time to shed this weight. Its Day 2 SS CD. I'm trying to hang in there. I must say the shakes are really nice!!. Well I have at least 5 stone to shift, I suppose i have to remain positive
