    malic acid

    I found a juice in tesco that doesn,t have citric acid in it but has malic acid instead. Does anyone know if you can drink as much of that as you wanted. Would make drinking the water so much easier. Thanks Scarlet xxxx

    I was exactly like you Bethany and just couldnt get back on the diet. Would try every single day to get back on track and fail by dinner time. Then this week something just clicked and now I feel that I am back on track. Keep trying. Im sure you can do it. xx
