    Personally meetings were a life saver for me. I could cheat myself on the scales at home, but couldn't cheat my leader at a meeting. That gave me incentive to keep on track each week.     Spot on about maximising...eat low pointed but filling foods. Fresh fruit and vegetables are free and a good way of filling up. I always go for porridge for breakfast, grated apple in it with a dash of cinnamon... definitely keeps hunger at bay until lunchtime for me :)

    Classes are great. as superhooper says, your weight loss is between you and your leader, and if you don't want the leader to highlight any successes that you have to the class, then they wont.     For me some exercise is good....a 40 minute run or bike ride 3 times a week definitely aided my weight loss. However, any more than that I found my weight loss slowed as my body was going into panic mode. really important to be sure you are eating all of your daily points if exercising IMHO...

    Most definitely - my WW weight tracker tells me from my start date to today, my average weight loss is 2.7 lbs per week :) so the answer to your question is Yes :)

    Think about dumping the exercise for a couple of weeks. Exercise when you first get into your plan can sometimes make the body go into panic mode, and it will store fat due to the reduction in calories and continued exercise.
