    If you are in ketosis, then the only "hunger" you feel should be emotional or psychological. Just keep drinking that water to get the nasty tinny taste out of your mouth!

    Agreed - I only ("only", it's so nuts) lost 2lbs this week on my LLC scales but it's hardly the end of the world. I try and look at my monitoring spreadsheet and think about how I'm over 60 lbs lighter than I was at the start of the year.

    Yes - I've done this before by mistake and hence keep a couple of soups at work just in case. You are in ketosis, so any "hunger" you feel will probably only be because you are used to having packs at a certain time. Keep with that water and have them when you get home. You can do it!!!!

    Coping with a disappointing loss!

    One of the things I've found earthshatteringly motivating is, when I'm in a supermarket, to get bags of sugar equal to my weight loss and hold them. So scary and yet great! I lost 2lb in my fourth week and lost 5 in my next, so it reallly does all balance out.

    The muffin I find dead easy to do - one slightly small mug, one choc pack, three dessertspoons of water. Mix with knife (not spoon!) until paste-like and stick in 800 watt microwave for 1min 10 secs. Adjust for wattage and cup size!
