    Thanks to you all, seeing before and after pictures really helped me get through the diet, so why not give some back.     I use a program called "fit day" its really good and easy to use it shows everything from weight loss to inch loss and mood also its a great bit of kit for when we start eating again it works out calories in and what u use

    stick with it be strict then at your weigh in when you see the results it should motivate you stick at it always have a glass of water and as soon as its empty fill it up again and try to empty as many as you can in a day its a bit of a mind game but takes the thought of drinking away

    Just a little maths for inspiration after 28 days i have lost 28lbs 2 stone :D:D:D so thats 1lb per day;) i hope that in 70 days i have lost my 5 stone :rolleyes:he he that would be 11th march lets hope so, i know its wishful thinking but as long as i make my goal im happy:)
