    Fasting to goal....

I know Lexie will disagree with me on this one, but I think that is why you shouldn't jump on the scales every day. So, step away from the scales :p

What can you achieve in 5 weeks? Challenge :)

Well done, 5.5 seems to be a popular number for a first week loss :)
  4. HazeyBlue

is 3 am too early to eat breakfast?

If you have still managed to do a 24 hour fast (500 cals), then I don't think it matters, but you could have a point about your body expecting food at that time of night. As long as it was only a very light snack to help you get back to sleep I wouldn't of thought it would of mattered that much.
  5. HazeyBlue

What can you achieve in 5 weeks? Challenge :)

Im in, I'll put myself down for 6lb, Im a Saturday weigher so its only 4 weeks for me, but 1.5lb per week will do nicely.

Well Emma, all you can do is not stress about it, draw a line under it and move on. This diet is flexible if nothing else :)

Must be the peaches, I very much doubt anything else that you ate would make you feel like that :D Nice of your mum to say something like that, sounds pretty much like mine! I sometimes think some of the older generation have no boundaries and think they can say what they like.

    Marie's Musings (16.5lb off)

Hmm, bit of a strange one this week, trying to fit 3 DDs into a bank holiday week. I have only had 537 calories today, so seems sensible to have a DD today. I could do another DD tomorrow and then one on Friday but Im not sure if I should do two together, as I know we are not supposed to. Or...

That's a terrific idea Ali, I bet you have loads of stuff when you get it all together. I should do that too. I know I have an exercise bike and a fish tank/cabinet to get rid of, I could have a good sort out and get it all on ebay. Have you got anything in mind for your treat?

2lb off, not bad considering only 2 DDs and weighing in after UD. Only half a pound off target so was nearly there. I'm up for a summer challenge, what about spring bank holiday, must only be 6 weeks away or something like that?

Its bliss, so peaceful in the forest, you can hear the birds singing all the time and god knows what making noises at night lol. The cabins are great too. They are called 'Forest holidays' if you are ever interested, and they have sites all over England and Scotland.

Losing my mind!!!.. Oh and weight..hopefully!!

I lost a lot of hair on CD too, and being in ketosis makes me feel exhausted all the time and I never get that woosh either. Its a good job my thinner hair didn't take long to dry as some mornings I could barely hold the hairdryer up. Its not good is it what we do in the name of weight loss?

We have a week in a log cabin in the forest, Im so ready for it. It has a hot tub, so lots of walking and then easing sore muscles in the hot tub with a nice glass of wine in the evening.

Yeah, its not the best way to cook an omelette, but its ok. Just pour it out into a dish and don't mix it throughout the cooking. Its not fantastic but its ok. My only cooking option at work is a microwave. I could do a chunky salad with some wafer thin ham.
  138. HazeyBlue

I got mine from Tescos, they are in a box with the crackers and they are made by Van Der Meuler or something like that lol Could be an idea, I could do it in the microwave at work. Id have to knock the breakfast egg on the head tho or I wont go to the loo for week lol

Losing my mind!!!.. Oh and weight..hopefully!!

I love any pizza lol. But mostly the thin and crispy ones. The easiest thing to bake would just be a plain old Victoria sandwich. I have the 'Hummingbird bakery' book, some really lovely cakes in there.

Clothes exchange - lets getting swapping ready for the party season xxx

I have a pair of chocolate brown cotton/linen mix trousers. Loved these trousers used to wear these all the time A magenta/pinky/purpley bat winged silky top, more like an evening top, only worn once. Both in size 24. Will post photos tomorrow.

    Night work.

Pretty much what I do. Breakfast is dinner, lunch is a midnight snack, and dinner is breakfast. I find that I can't eat a big meal in the middle of a night shift as it makes me feel yucky. So I am better off having several small meals, which is much better for a 12 hour night shift anyway...
