    Hi Like Tara, I've been using the new Davina McCall DVD. it's really good, has a cardio and a toning section, plus special sections for toning specific parts og the body.

    Loose Skin - How do you deal with it?

    Apparently, if you keep up your water intake, use a goos moisturiser and exercise, it shouldn't be too bad. Just be aware that it takes between a year and eighteen months for skin to shrink back to the size of the new you. Take care, Emm
