    Did anyone gain weight when increasing exercise?

    Hi, I have - but it normally settles out after a couple of weeks. I think it's to do with your muscles taking in extra water to repair and build themselves after a workout. Drinking lots more water helps! Wish I loved exercise - maybe I'll give Tae bo a try! S x
