    i was on 1400 cals, and slowly lowered it over 1 and half years due to getting to a plateau. and the pie and cheesy mash are weightwatchers so theyre low in fat.

    I've been a good girl/boy today because...

    i was a good girl yesterday because.............. i could of EASILY ate a big mac meal and large chips, but instead had a hamburger, small chips and diet coke, and didnt go over on my calorie intake for the day! :D:D:D

    1st weeks loss

    hi rachyp : ) well... normally ii lose about 2 pounds ? but ii started agaiin wednesday and have so far lost 4 : ) ii keep weiighiin myself everyday so ii know iits not an accurate reading but that deff gives me motivation! iive only drank more water aswell ! feels liike iive ate so much today...

    eating between 1200-1500 cals a day? will i lose weight?

    i have between 1000 and 1200 cals a day, which is quite a lot when you eat low calorie things that fill u up. haven't weighed myself today, i'm trying to keep off them! xxx

    :) helllooo! feeling positive and happy at the moment! so far today ive had... a bowl of crunchy nut 4 crispbakes n salmon paste a load of crunchy carrots n mushrooms meatballs n salad a packet of quavers anndd.. a highlights hot choccie :) about 1100 cals? how have u all done ?? xxxx

    2009 Monday weekly weigh-in

    well the scales haven't said ive put anything on! 11.8 today! lost 5 pounds this week :) soo pleased about that, normally even my first week i only lose two pounds. i'll be happy now to lose 1/2 pounds a week. how is everyone else getting on and when are youre weighing days ? xxxx

    :/ arghh ! what a day... was fine until 5oclock came :( today ive had a bowl of special k 2 snackajacks 4 crackers a go ahead bar and then from 5 onwards! :( 2 highlights yoghurts some peanuts tomato + basil chicken, new potatoes, veg and bread. really REALLY didn't need the yogs + peanuts...
