I've got both a Links of London one and a Truth charm bracelet too. I love both of them but the Truth charms seem more reasonably priced than the links ones and I seem to prefer that they are less dangly if that makes sense! I think they are a great idea for rewarding ourselves though :) xxx

Hi Humph, I was the same when I started SW, my periods were all over the place for a mth or too so I think that it might be a change in diet more than Pregnacare.
I take Sanatogen Pronatal now and they don't seem to cause any sickness or anything xxx

Well done Minders! I think that keeping a food diary helps so much. I have been doing SW for 6 weeks now and still keep one religously. If I didn't then I know that I would lose track of syns and HEX's etc. It is so easy to have a bit of Mayo here or a spread of butter there etc and forget about...

This is a really good idea and what I have done too. It works really well for me because the overall loss is quite daunting whereas if I think of it in terms of smaller chunks then it seems much more doable xx

My consultant said that it is more than likely TOTM related and just to keep going as I have been. She said to look at it like still a 10lb loss in 3 weeks which is great :o...

As Fea said, it might just be your body adjusting to a different plan. I am sure that once your body settles in to the routine of SW you will see some great losses.
