    aaarggghhhhhhhhh!!

    Im so annoyed with myself and it was only my first week!! This is not an excuse but i have been called in to work extra hours this week, time of the month showed up....(lots of chocolate was needed!) and im not normally a chocolate fan (more savory) anyway so haven't stuck to plan properly...

    Hi all im on day 2 of CS so far so good.... have tried CD but just couldnt stick to it, this doesn't seem to bad because you are allowed the snacks and a meal in the evening :) Are we allowed low calorie yogurts as snacks? Hope to get to know you all over the coming weeks xx
