    Hi there - I had a double burger with cheese, roasted red pepper BBQ sauce and wedges on Saturday, and it was great, though I can't find anywhere to point it. Any ideas? (I'm guesssing pretty much my day's allowance - 17, so have just had free soup otherwise that day... Can anyone help?

    I'm not sure I'm going to continue with LLL: I've lost 2lbs one week and 1.5 last week (I previously lost 7lbs in my 1st week of Cambridge SS - I obviously don't expect that kind of loss on LLL).
