    Hi Dobo I have never checked if I am in Ketosis I just go by the way I feel. My partner told me my breath was sickly sweet after 3/4 days so that was good enough for me. Just keep drinking the water and sticking to the plan and the results will be fab. xx

    Opinions on the CD Bars please!

    My favourites are Malt & Toffee and the Peanut Crunch Bar (If you like peanut butter this is lovely) and as its harder and takes longer to eat. I always take my bar for my lunch at work and go and people watch with a black coffee.
