When I first started on SS - I found that the one thing that works for me when it comes to the shakes is to blend them with crushed ice - I prefer the consistancy that way. My fav is the cappuchino or vanilla with a spoonful of coffee added YUMYUM

It could your blood pressure lowering When I was younger I used to get that all the time and the doctors told me it was just low blood pressure I am on day 3 and am just starting to get a bit light headed (but am used to it as I used to get it all the time)
